Welcome to Resizer Tools. By downloading, installing or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

License

Resizer Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application for your personal and lawful purposes.

Premium Subscription

Some features require an active Premium subscription or a Lifetime purchase. Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Eligible purchases can be restored at any time using the Restore Purchases option available within the application.

Payments & Billing

All payments are securely processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive, collect or store your payment card or billing information.

Subscription Renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Acceptable Use

Use the application only for lawful purposes.
Do not reverse engineer, modify, copy or redistribute the application.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to the application or related services.
Do not misuse the application in any way that may interfere with its normal operation.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including the application's design, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos and branding, remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Resizer Tools.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will become effective once published on this page. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
